Welcome to our three Ecosystem Summit Webinars!

The CU Center for Sustainable Landscapes and Communities (CSLC) and our integral partners welcome you to join us for our three webinars. These three interactive webinars will take a deeper look at key trends in Boulder’s local ecosystems and their impacts for our communities.

Webinar 1: Climate & Soil Health, Saturday, November 14th, 10:00-11:30am

Webinar 2: Watershed Health & Air Quality, Tuesday, November 17th, 11:30-1:00pm

Webinar 3: Biodiversity & Urban land cover, Thursday, November 19th, 4:00-5:30 pm

Each of these 90-minute sessions will feature a moderator and several invited guests, who will interact in a “living-room” style forum and will address questions and comments from participants. Our goal is to engage individuals, community organizations and municipal partners to develop and promote strategies to enhance community awareness and action toward environmental sustainability.

This event is in collaboration with and funded by the following gracious contributors, who supported the production and distribution of our Boulder Ecosystem Trends Report: City of Boulder Climate Initiatives Department, City of Boulder Open Space & Mountain Parks, Boulder County Office of Sustainability, Climate and Resilience, Boulder County Parks and Open Space Resource Management Division, Boulder County Parks and Open Space Foundation, and the Community Foundation Boulder County; and our many data contributors and researchers.

Boulder Ecosystems Trends Report

The 'Boulder Ecosystems Trends Report' was released in early November on our website. The full report can be found here, after filling out a quick survey for us to get to know you a little better. This report is a digital-only format, including interactive content to compel and engage you, the reader. This report prioritizes six critical trends in Boulder’s ecosystems that are relevant to our community’s environment and well-being. We report on status and trends of urban land cover, soil health, biodiversity, watershed health, air quality, and climate.
